When will Ken Avidor learn that guilt by association is playing a dangerous game? Stack one smear on top of another, then another, and another, and pretty soon the pile topples over and you get bitten on your own butt.
Editor's note: We continue beta-testing the change to one of the oldest editorial policies of "PRT is a Joke" IS A JOKE. For a limited time, The Name of the Minnesota anti-PRT propagandist will be shown -- although special formatting will be used.
Yes, Dave Bicking is running for something again, which means the smears can't be far behind:
If Bicking still believes that Zimmermann is innocent, I hope he would urge Zimmermann to sign the waiver to release the tapes shown at his trial to the media so voters can decide for themselves.
And when it comes to casting stones at candidates who have accepted donations from developers... (click to make bigger):
Yes, click and make it bigger. What you see is the name Rochelle Barrett, and she is a Big Bad Real Estate Developer who donated $300 to Bicking. In 2006.
Barrett is an executive for her husband Basim Sabri's company. He's a developer who was jailed for 19 months on bribery charges. Guilt associated!
Oh but wait -- Barrett has also given money to one Barb Lickness. As did Sabri:
I received a $300 LEGAL campaign contribution from in February of this year. Basim did not ask for anything in exchange for his contribution and I did not offer anything in exchange for this contribution.
I received a $300 LEGAL contribution from Basim's wife. Rochelle and I were well acquainted with one another. She campaigned on my behalf at the 6th ward endorsing convention. To my knowledge, Rochelle has not been charged with any crimes.
City Council Candidate
Barb Lickness... Barb Lickness... where have I-- OH YEAH! She's been mentioned before in "PRT Is a Joke IS A JOKE" -- she is the conservative friend of a right-wing developer.
So? Barb Lickness is also anti-PRT and a supporter of Avidor's anti-PRT holy war, herself regurgitating his talking points.
The Butt, about to be bitten.
